Full Service
Custom design
from concept to completion
Our Full Service approach is for complete implementation of the design, from idea generation to procurement, to final styling. We like to say it’s everything from concept to coasters.
Scope + scale
Full Service Design is intended for clients with large-scale projects who are interested in partnering with our studio from concept to installation. Full Service is best suited for projects where our studio is managing all facets of the design process for the majority of the home—typically large-scale renovations or new builds.
a collaborative approach
Working collaboratively with our clients, builders and architects throughout the process, our studio provides both design and project management throughout the entire project, from developing the aesthetic vernacular of the design, to construction details, to ordering, tracking and final installment of a fully layered home.

FAQs
-
Full Service Design includes complete implementation of design, from idea generation to procuring the furniture, to final installation. Full Service clients are interested in our studio taking a holistic approach to the design, and working with them on both the renovation/build of the home as well as the furniture and decor. While our Full Service projects vary in price point based on the size and scale of the project, design fees are reflective of the amount of hands-on work that goes into this level of design. Full Service clients are looking to make an investment in a design partner who is dedicated to bringing a unique, cohesive design to life, with an experience tailored to their project specifically.

While we consider our personal aesthetics to be layered, curated, and timeless, our end goal in any project is to ensure that the space feels like the clients’ own style. Every project of ours feels unique to that client and that space; we don’t feel constrained to work within a specific “look” or genre of design. We like to think that our design is really a specific lens on our clients’ own unique perspective.
-
The earlier, the better. This allows us to weigh in on the overall design of the space early on, considering the clients' needs and the end goals for the home. Thinking through flow of the space, furniture placement, lighting, and materials before architectural plans are finalized often saves clients significant time and rework. If you’re considering a large project in the future and would like to discuss your specific timeline, we’d love to connect; our studio is currently taking on Full Service clients on a six month lead time.

Absolutely! We would love to work with your chosen team, and if you have not yet selected one, we are happy to make recommendations. We also have relationships with specialists in flooring, wallpaper, electrical, stone, tile, trim carpentry, and more.

As members of the interior design industry, we are often able to purchase furniture, decor, and art below retail pricing. We are pleased to offer significant value to our Full Service clients through exclusive trade pricing offered to them during our procurement process.
-
Absolutely. Our studio takes pride in having developed an incredibly collaborative process with our Full Service clients. Clients are as intimately involved (or as hands-off) as they want to be every step of the way during both the design and execution. We aim to be very transparent in our procurement process as well, with each item approved by the client through our project management portal.
-
We have an amazing team of vendors and artists who can create pieces that are unique to your home and space—a level of customization we love implementing when it is of interest to our client. We do not have any requirements about where we source and aim for transparency in our purchasing. If you want us to shop to-the-trade only sources, we're happy to do that; we're also just as satisfied shopping retail. For us, the only important question is, "Is it right for the design?"
-
Our focus is on level of execution versus project size, however our fees are reflective of the very personalized, detailed experience clients receive and should be considered an investment. We typically recommend Full Service Design for projects with a budget of $1M+. All Full Service projects are priced as a flat fee, unique to that projects scope, scale, and timeline.

Have design, will travel! While the bulk of our Full Service Design is local, we are comfortable working remotely if accommodations can be made for periodic site visits.
